High School Musical’s Vanessa Hudgens Talks Nude Photos Candidly

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens would probably like to never, ever have to talk about those notorious photos again in her lifetime.
However, in a new interview as the cover girl of Seventeen magazine, the issue came up front and center and Ms. Hudgens candidly discussed the situation in depth.
“I’m much better now,” the Disney star told the magazine. “But truthfully I don’t like talking about it. It was something that was meant to be private, and even though it isn’t anymore, I’d still like to keep it as private as I can. It was very traumatic, and I am extremely upset it happened. I hope all my fans can learn from my mistake and make smart decisions. But I wouldn’t have been able to get through it if it wasn’t for my family, friends, and fans, who supported me all along the way.”
She was in Australia when all hell broke loose, and she admitted that she thought: “Thank God, I wasn’t home-it would have sucked if I was at home.” The respite was only temporary. “But when I came back, it got kind of crazy,” she lamented.
Surprisingly, her mother was much cooler about the situation than some moms would be.
“Well, everyone can be naked if they want to,” she quoted her mother as saying. And Vanessa has certainly learned her lesson about the internet and privacy.
“It’s very unfortunate because with the Internet these days, you don’t have a personal life. Nothing is private: Everyone knows everything, and they can find out everything about you. You’re not as safe as you think you are, and you have to be aware of the people you’re around,” she explained.
Now that it’s 2008, can we finally move on from this particular subject?

Yeah, its crazy how if you take naked photos of yourself on your computer they can manage to show up on the internet >.> how is somebody supposed to have a personal life when you cant take nude photos of yourself on your PC…
The photos are the reason I like her, lets not forget about them, they rock.

theres plenty of other celebs making porno’s and being naked all the time. Vanessa was just doing what she wanted, its her body she can do what she wants with it.
the girls are probably most of her fans and will think shes a slut but the guys that think shes hot and maybe even like her music wont care and will just like the pictures.

I think that she should not have done it in the first place….It was stupid and it just shows that she isnt as innocent and sweet as she is portrayed in HSM…BUT….it was a mistake, and everybody deserves a second chance…NO ONE should judge her…because Im pretty sure that each and everyone of u have done something stupid…no nessecarily this stupid, but still….And I think she’s learned her lesson and from now on, will be a ’squeaky clean’ actress
