Lindsay Lohan Goes From Chapman To Manson

Lindsay Lohan is certainly using some dark material for her comeback these days. She’s already shot a movie about John Lennon’s murderer featuring Jared Leto as Mark David Chapman.
And now comes exclusive word from E! News that she has reportedly signed on Nancy Pitman, who is better known as one of the Manson girls. Yes, she’s going from Chapman to Charles Manson.
“Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay,” said producer Brad Wyman of Junction Films.
The reports go on to say that “the production company is insuring her for the film”, so Junction must be optimistic that Lohan’s turn to the straight and narrow will be a lasting one.
Chapter 27, the aforementioned movie with Jared Leto, is being released in limited form in the USA this weekend. Some groups are boycotting the film due what they see as giving the murderer the fame and notoriety he had been seeking.
Britney Spears Beats Jamie Lynn Spears In Ratings Game

Those who proclaimed that the career of Britney Spears was dead and gone after the MTV awards fiasco are looking a bit foolish after the ratings of How I Met Your Mother came in.
Britney cameoed on the show and the Nielsen stats show that her appearance helped boost the viewership by a whopping one million viewers. How I Met Your Mother scored a a season-high 10.7 million viewers, according to E! Online.
She bested her kid sis Jamie Lynn Spears, whose Zoey 101 debuted to 7.3 million viewers after her announcement that she was pregnant. The last high-rated television appearance for Britney was that MTV Video Music Awards performance for which she was roundly criticized for giving what could at best be described as a lethargic performance.
However, Ms. Spears cameo on the CBS program was small potatoes compared to Monday’s Dancing With The Stars on ABC. That one averaged a staggering 20.3 million viewers.
Leslie Mann Has A Bizarre Zac Efron Tale To Tell

Leslie Mann is a funny lady — she’s cracked us up since way back in the Cable Guy days up through Knocked Up.
And we never, ever hear Get Your Freak On without thinking of her scene-stealing french toast lovin’ role in 40 Year Old Virgin.
But now when we see her, it’ll be hard not to think of Zac Efron and face licking.
Mann is the co-star in Zac’s upcoming movie Seventeen Again, and apparently her daughter is a very, very big fan of the guy. When her daughter found out that Mann had a scene where she kissed Efron, the weirdness began.
“When I got home from work after doing the kissing scene, she ran up to me and licked my face because she wanted to taste Zac Efron’s spit. He is 20 by the way, he’s not 17, so it’s not as creepy,” she said.
Now that’s what we call a loyal fan.
