Dressing Vanessa Hudgens & Zac Efron For High School Musical 3

There are a lot of jobs out there that we don’t envy, but having to pick the wardrobe for Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron in School Musical 3: Senior Year is not one of them.
Caroline Marx is getting paid to do exactly that; she’s the costume designer for the upcoming HSM 3 movie.
Marx recently discussed her plans to dress up Hudgens (Gabriella) and Troy (Efron) for the onscreen prom with the New York Daily News. And it turns out that her plan is to give fans the ability to rent the same gear as the stars of the movie.
“I want to team with David’s Bridal and their tux rental company After Hours, which was actually just bought by Men’s Wearhouse,” she explained, “and create two looks, a girl’s and a guy’s, that you can go rent. I want to do like a really cool tuxedo with those slim lapels.”
That’s what we call synergy.
If it all works out like she plans, look for a lot of couples to be copying the prom versions of Troy and Vanessa this autumn.
Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens: The Final High School Musical Countdown

Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron will be playing Gabriella and Troy one more time in High School Musical 3, but after that, there will be no more.
If three movies and out is good enough for I Know What You Did Last Summer, Scream, and X-Men, it’s certainly good enough for the HSM franchise. But we’ll miss seeing Zac and Vanessa onscreen together nonetheless.
“This is going to be the farewell to the East High Wildcats for a while. Senior year, graduation, this movie is the climax, it’s the third act, this is the legacy that we leave on East High,” Efron said in an interview with MTV . “I think it’s going to be a good way to go out with a bang.”
Efron insists that working on the HSM movies is still fun for him, even if he does have bigger Hollywood projects on the horizon. And it’s not exactly like it’s the last time he’ll see Hudgens.
“We really became best friends during this project, the whole cast. It’s like not even work. We just have the time of our lives out there,” Efron confessed.
High School Musical 3’s Vanessa Hudgens & Ashley Tisdale: We’re Like Twins!

When it comes to BFFs, High School Musical 3 stars Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale certainly fit the bill.
While there’s false rumors that Ashley is trying to “steal” Zac Efron away from Vanessa that pop up from time to time, the fabrications haven’t caused the two to drift apart.
“I call her my twin sister. She’s always there for me,” Tisdale said in the latest issue of US Magazine. “Some people are really competitive; we’re not. We’re really supportive of each other. You don’t find that a lot in this business.”
Vanessa Hudgens was next to shower her friend with praise.
“We were never competitive in any way, shape or form. We completely understand each other,” she said. “She’s a lot of fun, and she’s just grounded.”
The duo’s favorite thing to do while hanging out? “Shop!” exclaimed Hudgens.
