To say that Miley Cyrus, star of the Disney Channel show Hannah Montana, is having a great year would be a massive understatement.
Miley Cyrus’ television show is a hit, every CD she releases shoots to number one, her concerts sell out in minutes, and now she has been named the #1 tween tv star in AOL’s Top 20 list.
2007 was the year of Miley Cyrus and her alter ego Hannah Montana.
“This daughter of ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ singer Billy Ray Cyrus is easily the most famous 15-year-old in the country,” proclaimed AOL. “In addition to the Disney Channel show — which has spawned video games, dolls and clothing — Cyrus just released a double album with the hit single ‘See You Again’ and quickly sold out her ‘Best of Both Worlds’ concert tour dates.”
Earlier this month, the fifteen year-old was ranked #17 in the 2007 list of Forbes Top twenty earners under 25 with an annual earning of US$3.5 million. Not too shabby.

There is no big deal about her. Sex sells and she is marketed as such. She doesnt write songs or play instruments, she is just the American l0olita pop star type tat American Idol was made to promote.
