The Hills’ Lauren Conrad & Whitney Hills Move On From Teen Vogue

All good things must come to an end — or at least they do for The Hills stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port.
The 2nd season of the MTV hit reality show had closed with Ms. Conrad and Ms. Port jetting to Paris to help out senior editor Kimball Hastings to cover the Crillon Ball for Teen Vogue.
But that’ll be the end of their tenure at the mag, as a spokesperson told Women’s Wear Daily that “the girls have moved on from Teen Vogue.”
Lauren had worked as an intern while Whitney’s gig was as a West Coast fashion editor.
Footage from their excursion will be reportedly be included in 8 “bonus episodes” which are scheduled to air this spring. There is no word yet on whether this will be the end of the synergy between the MTV show and the magazine.
Miley Cyrus Explains Hannah Montana Switcheroo

Miley Cyrus, star of the Disney superhit Hannah Montana, has one of the most squeaky clean reputations in the business.
So it certainly came as surprise when accusations starting flying that she has been using a body double while singing.
It turns that the rumors were technically accurate — but they were completely blown out of proportion. The use of the faux Montana is only for a minute or two, and the vocals are 100% Ms. Cyrus.
“To help speed the transition from Hannah to Miley, there is a production element during the performance of ‘We Got the Party’ incorporating a body double for Miley,” her rep explained to the LA Times.
“After Hannah has completed the featured verse on the duet with the Jonas Brothers, a body double appears approximately one to two minutes prior to the end of the song in order to allow Miley to remove the Hannah wig and costume and transform into Miley for her solo set. Other than during this very brief transitional moment in the show, Miley performs live during the entirety of both the Hannah and Miley segments of the concert.”
Hence, this is nothing like the Ashlee Simpson debacle, during which Jessica’s sis was caught lip-synching on a live episode of Saturday Night Live.

High School Musical’s Vanessa Hudgens ‘Proud’ Of Zac Efron

There are few couples more adorable than the High School Musical duo of Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron.
The two were seen out and about when Zac won an Ensemble Performance Award for his contribution to Hairspray, and Vanessa told Extra that she was “very proud…he earned it.”
The two are usually shy about acknowledging that they’re a couple, but the Extra reporter found a sly way of getting them to acknowledge the situation out loud.
“Let’s just do this V,” he said. “Let’s just talk about how sweet your boyfriend is to give you his jacket…come on.” This caused Hudgens to giggle and respond: “You said it first.”
The two will next be seen together in High School Musical 3, which is set to start filming in April.
